Asian Chili Carrots

Great side dish packed with great flavors!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Sweet Cream Butter
  • 2 bags (8 Oz. Size) Baby Carrots (rinsed)
  • ¼ cups Low Sodium Vegetable Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce, Or More To Taste
  • 2 Tablespoons Sweet Cream Butter
  • 2 bags (8 Oz. Size) Baby Carrots (rinsed)
  • ¼ cups Low Sodium Vegetable Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce, Or More To Taste

Preparation

In a 10″ skillet add butter on medium heat. When melted add baby carrots and vegetable stock. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes then lower heat and add chili powder, black pepper, pepper flakes and Sriracha sauce (to your liking). Cover and cook for 8-9 minutes or until fork tender. This is a great side dish for any main course! Hope you enjoy.
