  • ⅓ cups Nuts (I Use Sliced Raw Almonds)
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • Pinch Of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • ¼ cups Honey
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • ⅓ cups Dried Fruit (cranberries Are Great)
  • Cooking Spray Or Coconut Oil
  • 1-½ cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • ⅓ cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • ⅓ cups Nuts (I Use Sliced Raw Almonds)
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • Pinch Of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • ¼ cups Honey
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • ⅓ cups Dried Fruit (cranberries Are Great)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Lightly coat with cooking spray or coconut oil.

Mix the oats, flour, nuts, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the honey and vanilla. Combine the two bowls of ingredients.

Pour the mixture into the center of the baking sheet, then spread in an even layer, keeping it in one large piece. There will be space around the edges of the baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges just start to brown slightly. Let it cool completely. Break into clusters and mix in the dried fruit.

Store in an airtight container.
