Ingredients

  • 1 box (16 Oz. Size) Bow Tie Pasta
  • 1 pound Fresh Or Frozen (Thawed) Deboned Salmon Fillet
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • ½ blocks (8 Oz. Size) Low Fat Cream Cheese
  • ½ cups Lemon Juice
  • ½ cups White Wine Of Your Choice
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tablespoons Dried Thyme
  • ½ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt And Pepper
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese, For Garnish As Desired

Preparation

Boil a pot of water and cook pasta as directed on the package. When it’s done drain it and set aside.

Remove skin of salmon if there is any. Melt half of the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cut salmon into bite size pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add salmon into the pan in a single layer and saute in the butter until fully cooked (1-2 minutes each side) then remove from pan.

In the same skillet, melt remaining half of the butter and the cream cheese over medium-low heat. Whisk in lemon juice and white wine. Whisk until cream cheese has fully melted and the sauce is smooth. Add spices and remove from heat. Whisk in grated Parmesan cheese once you have removed the skillet from the heat and add cooked salmon into the sauce.

Plate your pasta. Pour sauce and salmon over the pasta and garnish with shredded Parmesan cheese.
