Chickpea Flour and Quinoa Fritters

Description

A vegan recipe that is healthy, gluten-free, quick and easy to cook.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chickpea Flour
  • 1 cup Cooked Red Quinoa
  • ½ cups Finely Chopped Onions
  • ½ cups Mixture Of Peas And Carrots (frozen/fresh)
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Ginger Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Cumin Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • ¾ cups Water
  • 1 cup Chickpea Flour
  • 1 cup Cooked Red Quinoa
  • ½ cups Finely Chopped Onions
  • ½ cups Mixture Of Peas And Carrots (frozen/fresh)
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons Ginger Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Cumin Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Chili Powder
  • ¾ cups Water

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Let it stand for 5 minutes so that all the flavors blend in properly.

Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat. Grease it with cooking spray and pour ¼ cup of the mix onto the the pan (leave space in between them but you may be able to cook more than one at a time) and cook until golden brown on the bottom side.Turn it over with the help of the spatula and cook on the other side again until golden brown. Remove cooked fritters from the pan and continue cooking the rest.

Serve hot with ketchup or chili sauce or as is.
