Healthy corn and black bean salsa! Tailgate friendly!
Ingredients
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Chopped
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed, Chopped
- 3 Green Onions, diced
- ½ cups Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Corn, Drained And Rinsed
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice (for 2 Tablespoons You'll Need About 2 Limes)
- 1 Tablespoon Ollive Oil
- 1 dash Sea Salt
