3 new topping ideas for classic ants on a log—the perfect snack for school or work!

Ingredients

  • 3 stalks Celery
  • 2 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Hummus
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Vegetable Cream Cheese
  • 4 whole Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered
  • 2 leaves Fresh Basil, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Canned Or Cooked Black Beans
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Hulled Pumpkin Seeds (pepitas)
  • 3 stalks Celery
  • 2 Tablespoons Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Hummus
  • 2 Tablespoons Light Vegetable Cream Cheese
  • 4 whole Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered
  • 2 leaves Fresh Basil, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Canned Or Cooked Black Beans
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Hulled Pumpkin Seeds (pepitas)

Preparation

Spread each celery stick with either the ricotta, hummus or cream cheese. Top the ricotta celery stick with the tomatoes and basil; top the cream cheese celery stick with the black beans; and top the hummus celery stick with the pumpkin seeds. Cut each celery rib into 3 equal pieces. Serve!
