Corn and Tomato Pizza with Bacon and Gruyere

This corn and tomato pizza with bacon and Gruyere is the perfect blend of end-of-summer flavors!

Ingredients

  • 1 whole Batch Of Your Favorite Pizza Dough (enough For A Medium To Large Size Pizza)
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Shredded Gruyere Cheese
  • 3 whole Strips Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • 1 cup Sweet Corn Kernels
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered
  • ¼ cups Fresh Parsley Chopped For Garnish
  • 1 whole Batch Of Your Favorite Pizza Dough (enough For A Medium To Large Size Pizza)
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cups Shredded Gruyere Cheese
  • 3 whole Strips Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • 1 cup Sweet Corn Kernels
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Quartered
  • ¼ cups Fresh Parsley Chopped For Garnish

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Press pizza dough onto a pizza pan.

2. Drizzle olive oil on top of dough.

3. Top dough with shredded Gruyere, followed by bacon crumbles, sweet corn kernels and tomatoes.

4. Bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden. Remove from oven.

5. Top with fresh chopped parsley, slice and serve immediately.
