Description

A healthy, low-calorie dip that tastes like pumpkin cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (1/3 Reduced Fat)
  • ½ cups Canned Pumpkin (not Pie Filling)
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup (more To Taste)
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (1/3 Reduced Fat)
  • ½ cups Canned Pumpkin (not Pie Filling)
  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup (more To Taste)
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoons Nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoons Ground Cloves

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, add all of the ingredients and beat until creamy and smooth. You will have to scrape down the sides of the bowl periodically.

Pour into a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with apples, graham crackers, cinnamon pita chips or whatever sounds good for dipping.
