Description

This apple pear green smoothie (green thickie) is fresh, delicious and nutritious. The combination of apple, pear, spinach, milk, rolled oats and pecans makes a thick and filling drink that can easily replace a light meal.

Ingredients

  • 1  Large Pear (cored)
  • 1  Medium Apple (cored)
  • 1-½ cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ½ cups Water
  • ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Pecans Plus More For Garnish If Desired
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1  Large Pear (cored)
  • 1  Medium Apple (cored)
  • 1-½ cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • ½ cups Water
  • ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Pecans Plus More For Garnish If Desired
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

Preparation

Place all ingredients together in a powerful blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, top with some more nuts (optional) and enjoy.
