This apple pear green smoothie (green thickie) is fresh, delicious and nutritious. The combination of apple, pear, spinach, milk, rolled oats and pecans makes a thick and filling drink that can easily replace a light meal.
Ingredients
- 1 Large Pear (cored)
- 1 Medium Apple (cored)
- 1-½ cup Spinach
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- ½ cups Water
- ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Rolled Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Pecans Plus More For Garnish If Desired
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 Large Pear (cored)
- 1 Medium Apple (cored)
- 1-½ cup Spinach
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- ½ cups Water
- ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Rolled Oats

Preparation
Place all ingredients together in a powerful blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, top with some more nuts (optional) and enjoy.
