Description

The perfect cocktail for Christmas eve, curled up in front of the fire with your fave festive movie.

Ingredients

  • 88 milliliters Gin
  • 180 milliliters Pear Juice
  • 4 sprigs Thyme
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 12 cubes Ice
  • 4 whole Raspberries

Preparation

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with the gin, pear juice, half of the thyme sprigs and the lime juice. Add some ice. Put the lid on and shake for 30 seconds.

2. Fill two glasses halfway with ice. Strain the contents of the shaker evenly into the two glasses.

3. Garnish each glass with a few fresh raspberries and a sprig of thyme.

Note: There are about 44 mL in a standard size shot glass.
