This ultra-rich and creamy Post Workout Chocolate Coconut Kefir Smoothie is packed with the nutrients you need to recover quickly from your workout.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Water Kefir
  • 2 whole Frozen Bananas
  • ½ whole Avocado
  • 2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao
  • 2 Tablespoons Collagen Hydrolysate
  • Raw Cacao Nibs, For Garnish (optional)
  • 1 cup Coconut Water Kefir

Preparation

Put all ingredients into a high speed blender or Vitamix. Pour into your favorite glass. Top with raw cacao nibs (optional).
