Description
Oatmeal is a favorite breakfast for most of us, and sneaking in the green into this whole grain makes it a hearty breakfast or brunch item.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Quick Oats
- 1 cup Oats Flour
- 2 cups Baby Kale
- 1-½ cup Silken Tofu
- 1-¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1-½ Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce

Preparation
Preheat oven to 425ºF and prepare a muffin tray by greasing it.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
With an ice cream scoop, spoon batter into prepared muffin tray. Bake in middle rack for 15–17 minutes or until inserted tester comes out clean.
Take tray out of oven and serve warm with ketchup.
