Description
This simple strawberry salad is easy to prepare but big on flavor!
Ingredients
- 4 cups Mixed Greens Or Amount As Desired For Serving
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas (or Garbanzo Beans), Drained And Rinsed
- 1 pint Fresh Strawberries (rinsed, Hulled, Sliced)
- 1 whole Cucumber, Peeled And Chopped
- 1 whole Avocado, Peeled, Pitted, Sliced
- ¼ cups Toasted Sliced Almonds
- ¼ cups Toasted Sunflower And/or Pumpkin Seeds
- 4 cups Mixed Greens Or Amount As Desired For Serving

Preparation
1. Place mixed greens in a large bowl.
2. Pour chickpeas on top of the mixed greens.
3. Garnish with strawberries, cucumber and avocado and top with almonds and seeds.
4. That’s it! Enjoy!
