Ingredients
- 5 ounces, fluid Baby Arugula
- 2 Small Apples, Thinly Sliced
- ½ cubes Candied Pecans
- ¼ cups Crumbled Feta Cheese (optional)
- FOR THE VINAIGRETTE:
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ¼ teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine arugula, apple slices, candied pecans, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing into the salad and toss to combine.
