Description

A great use of your remaining garden harvest, along with butter, and cheese. This makes a great appetizer, or meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic, Grated
  • 1 loaf French Bread, Sliced In Half Lengthwise
  • 2 slices American Cheese, Torn
  • 2 whole Tomatoes Thinly Sliced
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Torn
  • ¼ heads Broccoli Quickly Blanched, And Roughly Chopped
  • ½ cups Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Spread garlic on the bottom of each slice of bread. Season with salt and pepper. Add American cheese, tomatoes, mozzarella, and broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Place onto a baking sheet and __cook until cheese is nicely melted, about 14 minutes. Once bread is cooked, remove and slice into serving sizes.

This everything you love about a cheesy garlic bread, with the awesomeness of fresh garden ingredients. If you are looking for new ideas to use up some of your delicious garden produce, give this one a shot. It’s something everyone loved at my dinner table. Hope you enjoy!
