Description

Crispy and delicious, this is an easy family meal for a busy weeknight!

Ingredients

  • 4 whole Chicken Drumsticks
  • 4 whole Chicken Thighs
  • ¾ cups Flour
  • 1 cup Unseasoned Panko
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Dried Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons Paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
  • ⅓ cups Olive Oil

Preparation

Heat oven to 425ºF. Rinse and pat the chicken dry with paper towels.

Place flour in a small bowl. Combine panko, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, paprika, onion powder in another medium-sized bowl. Coat chicken in flour, and then coat in panko and spices.

Pour olive oil in a large baking pan. Arrange the chicken on top of oil, turning to coat. Bake for about 1 hour or until nicely browned and juices run clear.
