Easy Cheesy Chickpea Kale

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Drained Garbanzo Beans
  • 5 cups Chopped Fresh Kale
  • 2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • ¼ cups Pine Nuts
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Drained Garbanzo Beans
  • 5 cups Chopped Fresh Kale
  • 2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
  • ¼ cups Pine Nuts

Preparation

Toss everything into a large saute pan and heat, stirring frequently, on medium for 10-15 minutes, or until kale is fully wilted. Enjoy!
