Tasty Green Smoothie

Description

A smoothie that tastes great and fills your body with tons of goodies to help kickstart the year to a healthy you.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Milk, Or Your Choice Of Milk
  • 1  Banana
  • ½ cups Kale, Stems Removed, Leaves Chopped (Frozen Works Great)
  • ½ cups Ice
  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
  • 1-½ teaspoon Agave Nectar (or To Taste)
  • 1 cup Almond Milk, Or Your Choice Of Milk
  • 1  Banana
  • ½ cups Kale, Stems Removed, Leaves Chopped (Frozen Works Great)
  • ½ cups Ice
  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
  • 1-½ teaspoon Agave Nectar (or To Taste)

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend several minutes until smooth. Pour into large glass and enjoy.
