Description

This Blueberry Blast Smoothie is jam-packed with flavor and adds the nutritious punch of antioxidants and protein!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen Blueberries
  • 1  Ripe Banana, Peeled (frozen If Desired)
  • 1 cup Blueberry Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cups Milk
  • Ice Cubes To Thicken, If Desired
  • 2 cups Frozen Blueberries

  • 1 cup Blueberry Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cups Milk
  • Ice Cubes To Thicken, If Desired

Preparation

In the canister of a blender, combine the blueberries, banana, yogurt and milk. Blend until it reaches desired consistency. Pour into two tall glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes: Smoothie ingredients can also be frozen for easy preparation. Simply add in the Greek yogurt and milk when ready to blend.
