This is an easy recipe for delicious pesto!
Ingredients
- 1-½ cup Fresh Basil
- ½ cups Fresh Parsley
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ¼ cups Pine Nuts
- ¼ cups Pecorino Cheese
- ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1-½ cup Fresh Basil
- ½ cups Fresh Parsley
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ¼ cups Pine Nuts
- ¼ cups Pecorino Cheese
- ¼ cups Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
1. Place basil and parsley in the food processor or chopper
2. Add the garlic, pine nuts and cheese and pulse until fully incorporated
3. Add the olive oil and combine on high until smooth
4. Season with salt and pepper
To serve, spoon pesto over cooked pasta and toss. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and serve.
