Bacon Ranch Green Chile Dip

Description

A standard sour cream ranch dip taken up a few notches by adding crumbled bacon, pepper jack cheese and some diced green chilies.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon, Cooked Until Crisp, Then Crumbled
  • 1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese, Grated
  • 1 ounce, weight Ranch Dip Mix
  • 16 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Diced Green Chilies, Drained
  • 4 slices Bacon, Cooked Until Crisp, Then Crumbled
  • 1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese, Grated
  • 1 ounce, weight Ranch Dip Mix
  • 16 ounces, weight Sour Cream
  • 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Diced Green Chilies, Drained

Preparation

Put bacon, cheese, ranch mix, sour cream and green chilies into a small bowl and stir to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve. The dip is best after chilling for at least 4 hours.
