Description

This perfectly seasoned pork loin roasts in the crockpot all day, creating a tender, moist, and flavorful dinner. Perfect any day of the week.

Ingredients

  • 2-¾ pounds Pork Loin
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1-½ teaspoon Dried Minced Onion
  • 1-½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • ½ teaspoons Dried Sage
  • ¼ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ¾ cups Water
  • 2-¾ pounds Pork Loin
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1-½ teaspoon Dried Minced Onion
  • 1-½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • ½ teaspoons Dried Sage
  • ¼ teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
  • ¾ cups Water

Preparation

Thoroughly coat pork loin in Worcestershire sauce and spices (I used my fingers to really rub the spices in).

Pour water into crockpot. Place pork into crockpot and cook on high for a minimum of 6 hours (see note). 20 minutes before serving, break meat apart a bit to let it absorb some of the juices. This will ensure that it is melt-in-your-mouth tender.

Enjoy!

Note: After 6 hours, you can set it on low until you are ready to serve.
